Lapsang Souchong Infusion

Lapsang Souchong is a very special Chinese black tea that is oxidized, dried and then smoked with pine wood. We have transferred the strong and pungent smoky scent to this hydroalcoholic spray infusion. This system allows you to calibrate the level of smokyness that we want to donate to the dish or cocktail. Classic smoking, in addition to taking a lot of time because it is hot, removes useful substances from an organoleptic point of view as happens for example in smoked salmon.
