Lemongrass Infusion

Lemongrass is known locally as citronella, it is native to Asian and hot regions like India. It is a herb widely used in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine and widely throughout Asian cuisine. Today it is also used by well-known chefs who appreciate its intense aroma and its wide versatility in the kitchen and that goes well with vegetables and fish dishes. It can be added to an herbal tea enjoying its digestive properties or it can be added to rum-based cocktails instead of the usual lime.
