Ginger

This rhizome that comes from the East gives us one of the most used spices in the world. It is a universal spice that is used by all the cuisines of the world with an endless variety of food and drink recipes, for example in tonic water and therefore in many cocktails. It also goes well with desserts by sprinkling it moderately on biscuits on sponge cakes on chocolate ice cream. While in the kitchen it is often used on raw fish and risottos.
