It grows spontaneously on the slopes of the Himalayas and is therefore harvested from wild plants, manually on rough terrain. It has a unique lemon scent with hints of grapefruit also in flavor. Compared to traditional Szechuan pepper is much more aromatic and spicy gives a pleasant feeling of "numbness" on the tongue.


After what is written, it goes without saying that it is excellent on fish on seafood and on spaghetti with clams. And then on the sorbets the mousses and chocolate ice creams and many uses to discover as on the velvets or on the fresh fruit tout court.
