Long Bengal Pepper Infusion

Already used by the Romans in the Late Empire. It has an intense aroma of pepper but with floral notes and a hint of liquorice and dark chocolate, intense but not pungent pepper.

 It has a very wide range of use of Wine Sauces, with Vegetables and Meat Broth with Grilled and Stewed Meat and Game, excellent with Hot Strawberry Jam or with Strawberry or Vanilla Ice Cream.

 New sensations in cocktails, especially in combination with Mint or Nutmeg.
