It belongs to the Szechuan family. Originally from North Sumatra. Wild and therefore difficult to harvest and consequently rare and expensive. During drying, it loses 90% of its original weight. STRONG AND HARMONIOUS SENSORY NOTES OF LEMON, GRAPEFRUIT, HIBISCUS AND AT THE END OF TANGERINE AND ORANGE.
It goes well with fish and seafood but also enhances salads and meats. Superb in cocktails.
