Fenugreek Infusion

Fenugreek is part of the legume family. It is a spontaneous plant native to western Asia that grows in coastal and submontane environments. The scent recalls the prevailing note of some blends such as curry, while the flavor is pungent, slightly bitter and with a toasted hazelnut aftertaste.
