Macis Infusion
Mace is a spice known in Indonesia since ancient times. It is obtained from the part of the plant that contains the nutmeg. It is very fragrant. It is one of the most fragrant spices and has a similar flavor and aroma to nutmeg (it is obtained from the same seed). It is characterized by its orange-red color, and after drying it becomes yellow-orange like saffron.
