Cumeo Pepper Infusion

It is not a real pepper belonging to the laurel family. Evergreen plant from Nepal that develops red grains that turn dark brown after drying in the sun. It has an enveloping citrus scent full of ORANGE notes that flow into GRAPEFRUIT and CEDAR and finally into EUCALYPTUS AND CAMPHOR. Wild and of limited production. It goes well with EVERYTHING especially on desserts, fish, white meats and mushroom sauces.
