Clove Pepper Infusion

It belongs to the myrtle family and has been planted in various parts of the world after the discovery of America. The green berries, richer in active ingredients, are harvested and then dried in the sun. It has a very varied aroma that recalls various spices. The flavor also ranges from nutmeg to cinnamon and cloves, hence the name. At Christmas its perfume spreads in the houses that prepare the typical sweets of the period; it goes well in sauces, in broth. It goes well with rosemary, coriander, ginger, thyme, chilli and mace.
